Will this repair erase my data?
A screen replacement does not normally remove data, but a current backup should always be made before repair.
Will Face ID still be tested?
Yes. Relevant front-sensor and general handset functions are checked after fitting. Existing Face ID faults or damage to separate components are not automatically included in a screen replacement.
